Our aim is for children and young people to achieve independence to complete daily life tasks. Children and young people are taught, for example, about shopping, finance, travel, research and catering.  This is dovetailed with our PSHE curriculum looking at choices and decision making as well as community inclusion.

Work related learning raises aspirations, promotes a greater awareness amongst children and young people of the world of work and the development of key skills and employability.

Children and young people are given tools to enable them to look after their physical and mental health.
