Rachel Smith

I began my Discovery journey in 2016 as a volunteer, I joined the staff team officially in the September and have been a HLTA since 2017.

The schools Ethos and Values are the main things that made me want to find out more. Seeing them put into action on a daily basis, with the students and their families at the centre of everything that is done made me be in awe of the staff and want to join the Discovery family. Seeing students grow, gain new skills and become more confident and independent makes me proud to be part of the team
