Genna Baggott

The MacIntyre Academies ethos and values are what led me into applying for a job at Discovery. I recognise how important a child-centred approach to learning is, and believe that everyone is entitled to an education where they are treated as individuals and have a right to equality.

Currently I work as a Higher Level TA in a class and I support the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and support pupils in their learning and well-being.
