Jennifer Daniels

Before starting at Discovery, I worked as a SEN LSA and Medication Admin at Menphys School in Burbage and spent 3 years working as a support worker and team leader for adults with autism, physical disabilities and a wide variety of mental disabilities in both care home and day centre settings. I have always had a passion for helping others, especially those with additional needs and love being able to use that with children to help set them up for later life.

Currently I’m working in Class D as a TA where I’m able to support the children’s adjustment to their new setting, give 1:1 support as required as well as take them into the community for weekly gymnastics classes among other things. Being part of such an enthusiastic and caring team that helps the students reach their full potential is very rewarding!
