I believe that education does not work on a "one size fits all" basis which was the major factor that appealed to me about Discovery Academy. Previously I have worked in mainstream secondary schools for several years providing alternative provision across Key Stage 4.

In Discovery, I work with a team that is responsible for the oldest group in the school where pupils are preparing for GCSEs and other accredited courses.
