Class Y have been learning about homelessness in our ASDAN and English lessons.

As part of our learning we had a visit from Carol from DoorWay - a local Nuneaton charity working with local young people who are homeless. Carol explained to our group about what the charity does, who they help, why they help and how we could help. All the pupils were engaged and asking questions and keen to help.

We collected food to donate and held a bake sale which raised £50. We took our cheque for £50 along to DoorWay when we visited with the food we have been collecting. See more photos in the gallery
