As part of their history lessons, the class were learning about WW1 and the significance of the poppy and decided to set up a poppy appeal for the school pupil and staff.

The class took on all of the work of buying and decorating the poppies with glitter, creating all the advertising (banner and posters) and selling the poppies around the school every break across the week. They raised £66 and passed the money and left over poppies to the British Legion's poppy stand in Nuneaton.
