Adam Bannister

Before joining the team at Discovery, I worked for two years in Spain helping to introduce the  English to their curriculum. After coming home, I joined an agency working with several SEN schools in the area to get an idea of the various different approaches.

Discovery Academy first took me on to work with their nurture group and their child-centred approach is one of the most effective I have seen and it is wonderful seeing how dedicated everybody is to helping these children and young people reach their full potential, both academically, socially and emotionally. Going into the future, I'm looking forward to working with my team and giving everyone the best possible chance at success.
