New Life Discovery Academy

We know from talking to a number of you that during the pandemic so many pupils grew out of clothes, including uniform and casual clothes, that they hardly had a chance to wear and are almost new or unworn. Therefore, we thought it might help if we invited anyone who has wearable, clean clothing and uniform to donate to others through the school and people can come and have a look to see if we can stop things going to waste, to save some pennies and to also help the environment.

The Discovery staff team thought it was such a good idea they’ve been going through their wardrobes and their children’s wardrobes too and we’ve got clothes for lots of ages, all in good condition that could use a new home along with books, toys, household items, etc.

Discovery Academy would like to invite you in on Wednesday 1^st of June, 10- 2pm to take part in our New Life event.  If you have anything that you wish to donate, adult’s clothes, children’s clothes, outgrown school uniform, etc, brilliant, if not, just come along and join in with the day and see if there is anything you need for yourself or your family.   

There will be refreshments for all and creative and play activities for the children.

We hope to see you there encouraging partnership with our school and our families.
